Located within a 7 minute walk of Acton Town Station (Piccadilly and District Lines), 15 minutes from South Acton (Overground), and served by frequent bus routes to Chiswick, Ealing and Kensington.
The current house consists of five young professionals. Everyone is really friendly and sociable - we often cook together, attend sports events/gigs and chill in the garden (weather permitting!). Everyone is really respectful of one another, and the house is spacious so never feel on top of eachother!
Many of us have been here for almost five years.
The room is ‘unfurnished’ other than a clothes rail and chest of drawers left by a previous tenant, so you will need your own bed/mattress.
The house has a nice sized communal lounge, separate dining room with French doors out to garden, massive kitchen with tonnes of storage space and dishwasher, utility room with separate washer and dryer, two bathrooms, one with huge bath, downstairs WC, copious amounts of storage space and a lovely garden with lawn, flower beds and patio. An amazing property/amount of space for the price!
All bills are included within the monthly rental payment (WiFi, Gas & Electric, Council Tax, Water, Cleaner).
In peak seasons, we have to contribute a little extra to the energy bill, which on average tends to be an additional £25 each per month.
On-street parking permits are available through local council.
Council Tax Band - G
Remaining tenants are looking for a warm, sociable, young professional aged 24-30 to join the household.
Move-in date from 16th July 2026.
Rent is paid on the 18th of every month.
Pets considered! I have lived here for almost 6 years and have had a pet house cat for the last 4.
Pets will need to be discussed with landlord and approved prior to moving in.
