Amazing Location/Cosy double room

We are looking for a female flatmate ONLY in a bright cosy house right next to Acton Town station. The room is available to move in at the start of September.

We have a lovely double room to rent that was very much loved and looked after our previous flatmate that decided to move back to Spain. It’s a small double room but there is a huge wardrobe as well as under bed box which will give you plenty of storage space.

The house is females only. All the girls are professionals, respectful and tidy and we have friendly neighbours as well! We looking for someone that is in search for home rather then just a house and as we lived in this property for years and we absolutely love it. So if you are professional that is after a calm and peaceful place to live, then this might be just for you. Ideally we want someone that is looking to stay for longer time :)

Its a 2 storey house with four bedrooms (1 on the ground floor with shower/toilet and 3 on the top floor with bathtub/toilet). We have a large cosy and bright living room with kitchen.

We live in a great location less than a minute from Acton Town underground station with district and piccadilly lines. The windows are double glazed so there is no excess of noise. We have GP near by, Sainsbury’s, pharmacy, dental practise, fish & chips restaurant, great Turkish restaurant, amazing Italian restaurant, great pubs just few steps away. You will have fantastic Gunnersbury park just 5 min walk away. Kew Gardens and riverside with beautiful pubs just 25 min walk away.

The Bills are NOT included!! At the moment an average monthly cost for the bills in summer is around £110-130 and winter time can come up to £180-190! That’s super fast internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity. In winter time the bills depends on how much heating we use but we never paid more then £180-190. Unfortunately I am not able to give you an estimate as it’s hard to predict with current energy price fluctuations.
