We are looking for someone (any gender) who is clean, social and respectful. We enjoy watching reality tv in the living room, going to the pub, and celebrating birthdays and holidays together!

The room is the smallest in the house and is therefore priced differently. There is a wardrobe on the landing of the stairs for the new occupant, as well as a bed, shelving and a set of drawers in the room.
