One of our roommates is moving out to be closer to university. The room is available starting Sept 1st.

SW facing room so this room will get plenty of sunlight from sunrise to sunset! Facing front of the house. Has a single bed, bookshelf, and a tall wardrobe. Landlord is very easy going and quick so if you want any of furniture removed, he'll be happy to help.
Rent is £550
Bills - from each roommate comes to around £30-40 elec/gas depending on usage, £53.50 council Ealing Band D, £6.40 wifi, and water depends on usage.

It is a 5 bed house with shared living, dining, back garden and kitchen area.
Kitchen is equipped with 2 big fridges, plenty of storage for all, washing machine, dryer, and all essentials to use for all. There is also a back garden which is lovely during summer (just need some TLC). 2 full shower rooms with toilet and 1 extra
WC so there won't be queueing up in the morning.

You’ll be living with roommates (25+). We all work in HR, events management, food, and healthcare. All friendly and super chilled, always up for a chat but equally everyone has their own thing so respect's each other space and privacy. LGBTQ friendly house. The house will have a cat coming end of October/beginning of November.
