Price: £404 per week – bills included
Contract: 41 weeks – started 6 September 2026
Room: Private Standard Studio
Available: ASAP
The studio includes a private en-suite bathroom, private kitchenette, study space and storage.
The accommodation is conveniently located near North Acton Underground station, with easy access to the Central line. The building also has communal and study spaces and other on-site student facilities.
I’m only looking to leave because the location is unfortunately too far from my university, so I need to move closer to campus.
This would be an official contract takeover arranged through The Stay Club, rather than a private sublet.
