All inclusive single room in Acton!

Before we begin, if you send a message that is just hello or only asking if the room is available I’ll unfortunately have to decline. There are alot of viewing requests and having a paragraph about yourself and your interests would really help. Thank you!
The room:

It's a single room with a cupboard and small chest of draws. There's a window that looks out directly onto the garden. There's alot of space in the apartment itself, if you want you could put an desk in space opposite the room which as long as you keep it tidy and uncluttered as it's still a common area.


fyi Spareroom seems adamant there’s two rooms and I can’t change it, but there are three in the apartment.
About the house:
It has a living room, large kitchen and large garden. All facilities available, including a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, internet, etc.

We’re looking for:
Easy-going and laid back individuals, clean and tidy (recycling conscious), considerate and approachable. We appreciate unique and creative individuals – and warmly welcome anyone of any cultural background/sexuality/profession.

We like our house to feel like a home rather than just a place to sleep, and encourage social events that help us gather.

About the area:
There is an off-license 5 minutes walk away, a costcutters 5 minutes in the opposite direction, a large Morrisons, high street with loads of different shops just further on from there. Acton Park is minutes from the house along with a short 10 min bus ride to Westfields shopping centre, cinema, restaurant, bars and all exciting nightlife venues in Shepherds Bush - perfect for those of you on the go and love to travel as it is also a short distance to Heathrow Airport. Gunnersbury Park and Richmond Park are also easily accessed. It is a safe neighbourhood.
