Double bedroom to rent in a 3 bedroom flat a minute away from Acton high street., lots of shops, cafes, and transports.
We sadly have to say goodbye to our amazing flatmate that has to go back to India and looking for another amazing soul.
Flat to be shared with My self my child and another flatmate ( french and indian)
Essential to be very friendly, easy going , respectful , clean and like kids above all. my child is 7 ( boy)
Short term rental fine ( but minimum 3 months) also i get it that we never know if we find the right fit, so i am very considerate if people wants to move out if they don't feel happy and in that case we ll try to find a replacement asap
No couple please, and i would prefer no work from home( but can negotiate for the right person if 1 or 2 days work from home is needed /no pets
