The house:
Great share house located just 2 minutes walk from Acton Town tube.
You will be sharing the house with five others. All professionals in their late 20s/early 30s. It's not a party house but all of the housemates are really great, easy to get along with and always up for a drink, chat, laugh, dvd or going out for dinner. We are hoping to find someone 27 y. o.+ to keep the balance. The house is really big so never feels cramped at all but generally always someone around for a chat and laugh!

We have quite a large open plan living room with Virgin + box, wireless internet as well as a decent sized kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher. In the Summer we like to make the most of the big backyard with a BBQ or two! We also have a weekly cleaner (included in the rent) and a gardener when required.

The room:
This a small room with a single sized bed, single wardrobes, 2 shelves on the wall and storage space under the bed. There is a large window and a mirror on the back of the door.

The location:
Close to Acton Town station (Piccadilly & District Lines zone3), a Sainsburys Local, several off licenses and cafes. It is also an easy walk to the High Street where you can find Morrisons and several pubs etc. There is a handy M&S close by and it is a nice walk or short tube ride to Ealing/Chiswick/Hammersmith. Down the end of the street and across the road is Gunnersbury Park which is great if you like to go for walks/runs. About 90 seconds walk away is Gunnersbury Triangle where you can play tennis or join in some gym classes.
This is a lovely part of Acton which is leafy, quiet and safe and incredibly good for transport links into central London or to Heathrow.

The deal:
The room is available from 14th August 2014, and we are looking to meet with people on Tuesday 5th August.
