It is a four bedroom house, I am a TV producer and I work away a lot of the time. I let one room to a student and my son is in another room, he's 24 and a games programmer. So there's three people in the house at the moment.
The house is located, close to the popular Churchfield Road with a good selection of pubs, cafes/restaurants and local shops. Acton Park is only a short walk away and is also close to a Sainsbury's Local. Several local gym facilities within walking distance.
This would suit a student or young professional. No smokers please. Deposit & refs required.
