I am renting a 2 bed flat in acton town on the 11th floor. I have a Large living room and large kitchen with balcony and 2 large double beds with wifi.
I will be the only other tenant living here.
Im 29 male and Study Science at university. I don't have a part house and very quiet so I'd expect the same please - although i would like my new house mate to be a friend too.
I study most of the time at home - go gym, watch movies and i have a cat.

Im looking for a female thats like-minded

-not dirty or messy
-respect privacy
-respect the house
-not have friends come over and stay the night
