Rent includes all bills. The room is fully furnished with wash basin. There is a shared mini kitchen on landing with kettle, microwave, fridge etc, and use of a large, fully equipped kitchen downstairs including washer and dryer. Bathroom/shower shared with 2 others. Access to large garden.
This is an easy going, friendly, peaceful household of working people.. Visitors welcome but no girlfriends/ boyfriends moving in.
