Bright double room in friendly, spacious 3 bed victorian house. Loads of storage. NB Room is bigger than it looks in the pics - it's (3.7x3.7m, 12ftx12ft). There's plenty of room for a desk if needed.

2 bathrooms (you'd have access to both and I don't use the upstairs one so upstairs is just shared with one other), gorgeous designer kitchen, brand new shower room, wooden floors downstairs, carpets upstairs & great garden

Just off the high street, sports centre with swimming pool across the road. Community Cinema 2 mins walk away. Lidl/Iceland/Morrisons & Superdrug 5 mins away, 12 mins walk to Acton Town tube or Acton Central overground. Excellent links into central town, 20 mins from Ealing or Westfield, 10 mins drive to M4 or M40. Resident permit street parking available.

Sharing with 2 female housemates (although usually only there 1-2 nights a week). One housemate is office based and I'm a therapist - working from home Wed/Thur then in Windsor at my partner's place for about 5 days a week.

We're pretty quiet and socialise mostly outside of the house. We're looking for someone friendly & relaxed, positive, & non smoking. We are super clean & tidy in the communal areas and want someone with similarly mild ocd ;)
