Large double room in lovely West London house

We are on the search for a female/male professional to fill a double room from July 2016.

Our beautiful home is in a quiet, safe, leafy street 5 minutes walk from Acton Town tube station on the Piccadilly and District lines.

The house is very large, set over 3 floors with generous living spaces and a massive kitchen and garden - perfect for summer bbqs and lounging in the sun. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets mean there is never a queue for a shower in the morning either! Street parking is available through the council too. We are also only a 5 minute walk from supermarket and a short bus to Westfields in Shepherds Bush.

Housemates are all lovely, good mix of friendly people who are up for a laugh but also respect your space and stuff.

We are all very house proud and are on the search for a courteous, tidy individual who is looking for a home, not just a house to live in.

The room is officially unfurnished but there is some bedroom furniture available from the current tenant if you need.

Current housemate is moving out to live with her partner at the end of June and would be looking to have the room filled by July. There is no minimum stay, the logic is if you wish to leave you find someone to replace you. If you are interested then please get in touch.
