Small room available in super cosy flat available now!!

We are looking for a professional to join our flat share of 4. This is a cosy flat which we call home and hope to find someone who is looking for the same: a place to find your own space and also to create some good connections with whom to share a bit of of your daily stories... Basically we just don't want to live with people like strangers, if that makes sense.

As for the house, it has brand new kitchen and bathroom, double glazed windows in the entire flat and spacious lounge with sofas and dining table (extensible for big dinners!) It is a very bright flat. We have very good central heating, washing machine and broadband connection.

This is in Acton Central Station, lovely, laid-back and safe area. Also very convenient in regards to transport links: Overground Station is around the corner; Bakerloo Line is one stop away with the Overground and Jubilee line is five stops away (so central London is very easy to reach). Buses to Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith, Ladbroke Grove, Ealing and Chiswick. Night buses from central London and from Victoria. East Acton Tube Station (for central line) and Acton Town (for picadillo line) are both 15-min-walk away or 5-10 min by bus.

Regarding amenities, we have a convenience shop right below the flat which is open 365 days a year 6am-11pm, a big Morrisons 7 min away, Sainsburys Local 2 min away, and also a medium sized Lidl... Two local pubs with outdoor areas (and great food), lovely new independent cafes, take away shops and restaurants are all right next. There is a 4 minute-walk to Acton High Street (where the buses stop) and Acton Park is less than a minute walk-away (amazing green area with loads of sun, shade, mini golf and tennis/basketball courts)... A great space for chilling.

We are looking for housemates who take responsibility of their actions and duties in the flat as we are all busy professionals, so rotas are scheduled for cleaning, taking rubbish out, and so on. Easy stuff to keep the place inviting!

Rent is made directly from the landlord (no agencies) who is efficient and easy to reach whenever something needs repair etc.

For your info, bills amount to £73/month per person.
