We are looking for a new housemate to take over a tenancy for a year as one of our housemates is moving out.
We are working professionals and are looking for someone chilled and relaxed to come and live with us! Our flat is 2 min walk from Acton central, 30/40 mins to get into central London.
We are lucky to live in a very tight knit community with some cute bars and pubs very close by. The flat is in great condition, wooden floors in the large living room, large kitchen, two bathrooms and the double bedroom for rent is also quite large. There is a small balcony outside the living room where you can smoke or keep some plants.
We are very eco conscious, using mostly natural products in our house and avid recyclers so would love someone with a similar mindset.
