Double room near Gunnersbury Park

Hi! We are looking for a fourth housemate for our house near Gunnersbury Park. Good transport links, about a five minute walk to the Piccadilly/District lines and Ealing Broadway is about 20 mins away. We have a driveway with parking space for your car, a lovely little garden and good sized living space with sofas, dining table etc, it's a great space for socialising/hosting.

In the flat there are 2 girls and one guy, 2 professionals and 1 student, all around late twenties. Another female housemate would be preferred but isn't essential. Looking for someone friendly and chill who does their own thing but it down for the odd pub trip/games night. Two of us moved in recently so we will hopefully be spending the summer getting to know one another!

The room is a good sized double with plenty of natural light and storage, and available right away as our old housemate just bought a new place and moved out a few days ago. I've included pics of the room furnished and empty. One upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet shared between 3 of us as one of the other rooms has an ensuite.

Rent is £847 per month, bills aren't included but come out at around £100-£150 per month. We can do viewings most evenings from 6pm, and any time of day Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
