Spacious en-suite room available in a quiet, centrally located flat for £1,050 pcm, with bills usually around £100 per month.

The location is great – Aldgate and Aldgate East stations are both around a 1-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around London and into the City.

The room has its own private en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. The flat itself is very spacious, with a large living room and sofa, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. It's also surprisingly quiet given how central it is.

You'd be sharing with me – I'm 26, studied at St Andrews and now work in shipping in the City. I'm friendly and sociable, enjoy going out and having a drink, but equally like having my own space. I'm clean and tidy and barely ever cook, so the flat stays pretty clean!

My current flatmate is moving abroad, so there's plenty of flexibility on the move-in date – anytime between now and 13 December could work.
