We have taken up a spacious flat near Aldgate East (District & Hammersmith) and Whitechapel (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith & Overground) and we are looking for 1 nice girl to come join us!
Flat: The flat spans in 2 floors (2nd and 3rd), it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor) and a small living room. The kitchen has all appliances.
Transportation (By Tube):
Bank: 18mins
Liverpool Street: 15mins
Paddington: 28mins
King's Cross: 24mins
Canary Wharf: 17mins
Victoria: 29mins
Baker Street: 28mins
Oxford Circus: 30mins
Camden Town: 34mins
Bedroom: has a wardrobe, hang rail, desk, chair, bedside tray, bed.
Bills:
The rent, council tax and water paid 1st of month. Electricity, gas and Wi-Fi paid end of month.
Monthly rent: £925 per month until August 2026. £950 from September 2026.
Gas/Electricity: around £65 each during winter, around £35 each during summer
Wi-Fit: around £9 each per month
Council Tax: around £34 each per month
Water: around £25 each per month
Deposit: £1,025.19
Flatmate:
First off, the agency will check references and right to rent so that everyone is covered. (You need to have your visa ready should you come from abroad).
We’re hoping to find someone who is respectful of others’ privacy and boundaries, communicative and considerate, and comfortable living in a communal/flatshare environment. It’s important to us that shared spaces are kept hygienic (e. g. no expired food left or hair hanging around in the bathroom) and that everyone chips in to maintain a pleasant home. While we value personal space, we’d also love a flatmate who’s up for the occasional hangout and doing things together.
A photo and a small description about you would be helpful in the first instance!
Move in date: 1 August 2026
IMPORTANT BIT: In order to be financially eligible: you need to be making above £28,500 per year or have a UK based guarantor or pay 6 months upfront.
