We have taken up a spacious flat near Aldgate East (District & Hammersmith) and Whitechapel (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith & Overground) and we are looking for 1 nice person to come join us!

Flat:
The flat spans in 2 floors (2nd and 3rd), it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor) and a small living/storage room. The kitchen has all appliances.

Transportation (By Tube):
Bank: 18mins
Liverpool Street: 15mins
King's Cross: 24mins
Canary Wharf: 17mins
Victoria: 29mins
Baker Street: 28mins
Oxford Circus: 30mins
Camden Town: 34mins

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom has a wardrobe, hang rail/chest of drawers and a desk.

Bills:
The rent has to start from 1 November
Monthly rent: £912.5 per month
Utilities: around £40 each per month
Council Tax + Water: around £45 each per month
Internet is around £5 each per month

Deposit: £1,025.20

Flatmate:
First off, the agency will check references and right to rent so that everyone is covered. (You need to have your visa ready should you come from abroad).
We are looking for a professional, sociable, gym goer (not essential!), tidy person with positive vibes, who pays on time, chips in the house cleaning (e. g. not leaving expired food in the fridge/counter), respects people's privacy but also wants to sometimes hang out and do stuff together! A photo and a small description about you would be helpful in the first instance!
IMPORTANT BIT: In order to be financially eligible: you need to be making above £28,000 per year or have a UK based guarantor or pay 6 months upfront.

About us:
Elena: works in the City as a compliance assistant and hits the gym regularly. Maeva: works in Canary Wharf as a document drafter and she is a social butterfly. Patricia: works in a fancy restaurant in Oxford Circus and she is up to have fun anytime.
