We have taken up a spacious flat near Aldgate East (District & Hammersmith) and Whitechapel (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith & Overground) and we are looking for 1 nice girl to come join us!

The flat spans in 2 floors (2nd and 3rd), it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor, so you will be sharing only with 1 person) and a small living room. The kitchen has all appliances.

The rent, council tax and water start the 1st of the month. Electricity, gas and Wi-Fi are at the end of the month.

Council Tax: £60.3 each
Internet: around £8.99 each per month
Deposit: £1,025.19

Flatmate:
First off, the agency will check references and right to rent so that everyone is covered. (You need to have your visa ready should you come from abroad).

We’re hoping to find someone who is respectful of others’ privacy and boundaries, communicative and considerate, and comfortable living in a communal/flatshare environment. It’s important to us that shared spaces are kept hygienic and that everyone chips in to maintain a pleasant home. While we value personal space, we’d also love a flatmate who’s up for the occasional hangout and doing things together.
