Bright double room in 2 bed flat in Aldgate East

Hi,

I'm renting out a double room in my 2 bed flat, a bright and airy space with floor to ceiling windows on all sides.

The room comes part furnished (bed and wardrobe), and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The room is available from February 1st 2026.

I'm a professional in the city working half from home and half from office (but rn majority from home). I'm also a musician and play/produce from home, but I'd like to think I'm a considerate flatmate.

I love socialising, going out, playing sports with friends, lots of music jams/gigs, entertaining people at home (to an extent) and cooking too. I also collect vinyls and the flat has a projector - so lots of scope for movie nights, music listening etc. It's generally cute.

The rent is not including bills, but I can give you a bills breakdown upon enquiry. The energy rating is 83 (B) so the bills are reasonable imo.

Council Tax Band: C = This is included in the rental price.
