Hello,
I am offering a single room with a single bed in a shared flat located in East London, just a 2 minutes from algate east station, 10-minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station and Whitechapel, with excellent transport connections.

The flat has three bedrooms and shared common areas, including a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. It is located on the 19th floor at 33 Commercial Street, E1 6DJ.

I am looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful person who is comfortable living with two other flatmates and knows how to share common spaces.

House rules:
. No smoking
. No drinking alcohol inside the flat
. No parties
. No pets

Minimum stay: 6 months
Rent: £1,300 per month (all bills included)
