i wish to move out as i want to stay at a different place where my friends are staying which is why i need someone to replace me . i am staying in an extra large ensuite room with an amazing view overlooking a fountain and a green space. it is located in a student accom known as drapery place which is under unite students and it is excellently made and maintained. the room is in a flat with a shared kitchen between 4 students including myself. the room is fully furbished, clean and modern with a lot of storage space and a double bed. the property in itself has 24 hr security, a gym, laundry room, dance studio, study rooms and a very big lobby as well as extra storage for luggage and bikes. this is a student accom in london in aldgate east which is a central area with lots to do around and a 5 min walk from the aldgate east tube station. the rent covers all bills and as a full time student u are exempt from council tax also.
