Big En-Suite Double close to Shoreditch & City

Hi all,

I will be moving out of my amazing flat-share end of October as I will be moving in with my partner.

The house is very big as you can see and has:
- Living / Dining / Kitchen Area (Dishwasher etc all here)
- Second Living Room (which we usually use for having people over, movie nights or simply to chill out)
- Guest Toilet on the Ground Floor
- Garden / Patio with BBQ

The house has 4 large bedrooms which all have their own en-suite bathrooms.

A bit about the Flatmates:

We are all friendly and social here but we understand personal space and all of that as well.
We occasionally have dinners together or organise get together but dw, it is not a full on party house at all.
We are all very respectful of eachother and usually do our own thing and we are looking for the same respect in return.
We are all professionals and work full-time.

About the room:

It is a very large double room which comes furnished.
It has double bed with storage underneath
2 bedside tables
and a very large wardrobe
There is also a desk and office chair that came with the room which can be put back in ( I just took them out cause I didn't need them)

Rent etc:

- Rent is 1400 per month which includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, wifi)
- We also have a fortnightly cleaner come in that is and additional £40 per month (you can always opt out)
The flat is managed by an agency, so we will have to just do a name swap

I will be travelling from the 7th-17th of October, but viewings can still happen with the other guys in the house potentially.
Ideally I am looking for someone to take over from the 25th.
I can be flexible within reason and if you need to move in earlier we can always arrange that.

Overall a girl would be preferred to keep some balance but we are not fussy :)
