Short-Term Studio Sublet - from 16 Dec to 24 Jan

I’m looking for a respectful single occupier, student, or couple (maximum 2 people) to enjoy my studio while I’m away over Christmas.

I care a lot about my home, so I’ve tried to make it really feel like a homeÇ cozy, bright, peaceful, and full of plants. I love spending quiet evenings here after work, and I’m looking for someone who will treat the space with the same care.

📍 Location
The apartment is around a 15-minute walk from Tower Bridge, with easy access to Tower Hill, 10 min walk to Aldgate East and Shadwell stations, making it very convenient for getting around London.

To note: There is a train track nearby, but the apartment has double-glazed windows and very good soundproofing when the windows are closed. You generally won’t hear the trains from inside with the windows closed. The trains are noticeably louder when the window or balcony door is open, so this is worth being aware of.
