A welcoming home near Tower Hill

I'm the owner of the house and live here full-time, so this isn't an investment property or a party house - it's genuinely home.

I'm looking for someone who'd enjoy sharing that home for an initial 3–6 month stay (with some flexibility for the right person). The spacious ensuite room would suit someone who's respectful, independent and happy living in a friendly, relaxed household.

Although we're just a short walk from the City, the house feels surprisingly calm. It's the kind of place where people say hello, occasionally share a cup of tea or cook together, exchange recommendations, and generally look out for one another—while also respecting each other's privacy and busy lives.

I'd especially welcome applications from postgraduate students, researchers or professionals relocating to London. Over the years I've enjoyed working abroad and living with people from all over the world, and I particularly love learning about different cultures (I'm always happy to swap playlists/language tips if Celtic, Latin or Middle Eastern culture is involved!).

I'm looking for someone who is:
