Cat Friendly Garden Flat :) *Please Read Info*

PLEASE READ!!!

*SHORT TERM 6 MONTHS*

I currently live in between Spain and London and have to go back every 6 months give or take. It would be lovely to find someone who can accommodate that. :)

Cute little garden flat, directly by Anerley station and behind Crystal Palace Park.

This is a Cat-Friendly place, which means my cat will still be in the flat. However, she is lovely!

The apartment has a separate bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom.

A medium sized garden with tables, a hammock and a bbq! Also, some lovely roses that grow in season.

There is also free parking.

The neighbourhood is very quiet, but it is also very close to the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a lot more!
Also 30 minutes away by train straight to London Bridge, Clapham Junction and Victoria.

I am looking for someone is who respectful, honest, will treat my home as if it is their own.
