Large double bedroom in South London

Hello! There is a room available in my 2 bed flat from 24th June. Ideally someone would move in before the 1st July but I'm open to someone moving in later if we get along well.

The flat is located on the top floor of a period conversion in Anerley within walking distance of many train stations. Because of this, you can get to central London in 20 minutes.

Birkbeck station (to London Bridge) - 5 min walk
Anerley station (Overground) - 15 min walk
Kent House station (to London Victoria) - 15 min walk

Crystal Palace is within 20 minutes walking distance and Peckham, Brixton and Croydon are all nearby by bus.

There's also a tram line 5 mins away that takes you into Wimbledon, Central Croydon or Beckenham. Despite these close connections to all of London, the flat is on a quiet, residential road.

Co-op is 2 mins walk and Aldi is 5 mins walk away, cafes, post office and a gym are just around the corner.

Furnished with a double bed and mattress, drawers, and wardrobe.

The bedroom is just over 12ft by 12ft so it's pretty large. It also has a window looking out onto the garden away from the street, and you have no connecting walls to other homes so it is quiet. There are loads of plug sockets if you have lots of electronics.

We have a shared bathroom with brand new fixtures and a waterfall showerhead. The kitchen is also brand new. You would have your own fridge and freezer and cupboards.

Wifi, water and council tax is included within the rent and electric will be split between us.

I have a preference for vegan housemates, if you aren't vegan but will eat vegan within the home then that may be okay.

Must like cats! I foster one cat at a time until they find their forever homes so you'll also have to enjoy spending time with a furry friend.
