About the room 🛌
The room contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table. It’s quite a small room but it’s cosy and lets in a lot of lovely sunshine. The rent is £700, plus bills (internet, council tax, and all utility bills which comes out at around £120 per head in total at the moment).
+ a deposit of £300

About your new roomie 💖
You would be sharing the flat with Kester (they/them), a lovely human in their early 30s who likes cooking, taking care of their plants, and playing board games. They like to have a quiet space at home to decompress, so it’s definitely not a party house. The new flatmate would either need to be vegan, or be willing to commit to a vegan household (no non-vegan ingredients in the house)

About us the flat and accessibility 🏠
The flat is on the second floor of the building, with no lift. There is also a large step up to get into the building. Unfortunately, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. There is a living/dining room, kitchen, and bathroom to be shared with one other person. There is also an off street parking spot you would be welcome to use.

Location 📍
The house is located in South East London, 5 minutes walk from Anerley station (overground), it’s also a 15 minute walk to Penge East station where you can get the train into Victoria, Elephant & Castle, Brixton etc. It’s a 17 minute walk to Crystal Palace station which has plenty of good connections. Also there’s a bus stop 5 minutes walk away to get into Clapham and Brixton. The local area is really lovely, walking distance to Crystal Palace park where there is a food market every Sunday, plus heaps of pubs, restaurants, cinema etc. There’s an Aldi 5 minutes walk away, and Sainsbury’s a 10 minute walk away.
