Double room in friendly family home

Double room in family home in Anerley. Sharing with a married couple and almost 18 year old daughter. Male teacher, female Nursing Associate and female film student. We also have a chilled female dog and 2 male cats. The property is a 4 bed Victorian maisonette with 2 bathrooms and front and back gardens and shops on our door step. We are a short walk to Anerley station. But equally not far from Clock House, Kent House, Penge East and Crystal Palace are all either a 5-10 minute bus ride or 20 - 30 minute walk.
