My flatmate is moving out in June 17th and I'm looking for someone to take over her room.

It's a maisonette close to Anerley Station, 1 1/2 bathrooms (with shower and bath). Large living room and large kitchen. Private patio with french door access from both our basement bedrooms.

The place is truly a gem in comparison to the hell that is rented properties in London.

I'm Irish (30) I've been living on London for almost 13 years, I'm super chill and easy to live with (So hoping for someone similar) ☺️

Looking for someone who:
- Cleans up after themselves and likes a tidy neat place
- Someone who takes pride in where they live
- Someone who actually knows how to recycle 😂
- Someone who respects boundaries
- Someone who would be up for a drink after work 🍻
- Someone who’s wants to be a friend and not just a flat mate ♥️

- I'm quite relaxed and easy to get on with (Very much a drama free person)
- I like music, politics and running!
- I collect vinyl, furniture and Harley Davidson t-shirts! 🏍️ 😂

Rent is £775 per month excluding bills (It's usually £900/950pm)
