The flat is 2 minutes from Anerley overground station and 20 minutes walking distance from Crystal Palace and 16 minutes walking distance from East Penge rail stations.
There’s also a bus stop around the corner, taking you directly to Crystal Palace station and the high street (or the triangle, as locals call it).
There are many cafes, fast food, and restaurants around. Crystal Palace even has an Everyman cinema. There are also plenty of grocery shops nearby (Aldi, Co-op, Tesco, Sainsbury’s).

I work full-time - split between office and home. I love yoga, long walks, movies, music, cheese, and wine. Like most people in London, I also enjoy travel.
