Single room in a two bedroom flat

About the flat:

I have a cozy spacious room with a single bed, a two-door wardrobe, and a nightstand. There is room under the bed to store things in boxes or vacuum bags. We can also discuss this when we meet :)

The living room is a work in progress to be completed this week (I will update photos asap).

Transport/Area:

The flat is 2 minutes from Anerley overground station and 16 minutes walking distance from Crystal Palace and East Penge rail stations.
A bus stop is around the corner, taking you directly to Crystal Palace station and the high street (or the triangle, as locals call it).
Penge East station is also about a 15-minute walk and has rail trains taking you directly to Victoria (18 mins train journey).

Neighbors are super nice and I feel very safe at night.

There are many cafes, fast food, and restaurants around. Crystal Palace even has an Everyman cinema. There are also plenty of grocery shops nearby.

About me:

I work full-time - split between office and home. I love movies, music, cheese, and wine. Like most people in London, I enjoy travel. Currently not a gym member but something I will start looking into in the new year - I enjoy swimming, yoga, pilates, occasionally a hiit class, and a treadmill. In the meantime, I look forward to exploring the area - trying out new restaurants and cafes and going for long walks.

I am looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and tidy.
