Beautiful light flat available for short let

We are currently trying to sell our lovely, newly decorated flat, but it is a slow market, so we are looking for a special tenant (ideally 1 person) who wants a short let (2 months minimum but possibly more depending whether we get an offer) who will really look after it, have a light footprint and not mind occasional viewings (we haven’t had one for three weeks!).
It is part furnished with a good quality king sized bed, a large sofa, dining table and two chairs, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine.
Wooden floors, carpets in bedrooms. Shower room not a bath.
Please get in touch if you are that person. No families I’m afraid as we want to avoid wear and tear.
