Double room to rent available to move in now!

I own and live in the flat and work 9-5 in the office roughly 3 days a week, 2 days at home.

I’m looking for a female flatmate to move in and share the flat with me. I am out a lot during evenings and weekends so you would have the place to yourself a lot.

There’s a 3rd bedroom that’s an office room that can be shared. I have a garden too which has a nice sun trap at the bottom it’s lovely in the summer.

Good transport connections. 15 minute walk to the overground at Anerley or train to Victoria at Kent House. 22 minute walk to Norwood Junction which goes to London Bridge in 12 minutes.
