We're looking to rent out our much-loved home to 2 considerate and responsible singles or couples (professionals), who will take care of the space as if it were their own. We want the house to be a calm, comfortable and cared-for place for the tenants who share it. The house is perfectly located for anyone who wants great local amenities and community, with quick and reliable links into central London.

We're a 15 minute walk from Crystal Palace Triangle and Penge High Street and a 5–10 minute walk to multiple stations (Anerley, Crystal Palace, Penge West, Penge East) with fantastic transport connections via the Windrush Line, plus trains to London Bridge, London Victoria, Brixton and beyond.

Locally, you'll find bakeries, cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants, a cinema, gyms and exercise studios and of course Crystal Palace Park.
