A clean and comfortable furnished room is available in a quiet home. The room is bright and comes with a bed, wardrobe, side table and storage space.

The property includes a new bathroom with shower, washer dryer, gas central heating, and Virgin Media Wi-Fi. You would be sharing with one quiet professional who works from home. This room is therefore ideal for someone who does not work from home all week, (2 day maximum) and values a calm living environment.

I am looking for someone who is clean tidy and respectful and easy to live with, with a good sense of humour and considerate of shared spaces.

Must be comfortable living with pets, I have cats.
Professional or student preferred.
