We are in the heart of a bustling city.
Under 2 minute's walk to the bus stop and Angel Underground. Excellent links to Shoreditch Dalston, Central London, Euston, Kings Cross St Pancras, and several universities. Secure entry to the building, the flat is on the first floor with video camera system for security and peace of mind. The household is very relaxed and quiet. As working couple we would like to keep it that way, please. If you are a party person this base is not for you. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with us and must be kept clean. The bedroom has a double bed and desk for your use. It has a mirror, large clothing rail chest of drawers and flat screen tv. The lounge/kitchen is open plan, spacious, and has all the cooking facilities you need for a relaxing home-from-home experience.
Absolutely No Smoking anywhere in the room/flat/ building, no loud music social gatherings, or frequent visitors.
Please keep ALL areas clean especially the kitchen bathroom, toilet sink and shower.
