This bright and airy bedroom room is on the first floor of the house. There is a large window and a lot of light. The room has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe available. There is a shared kitchen/dining room with a round table, as well as small space for relaxed socializing.

This upper floor maisonette is in a beautiful 19-century Victorian house in a popular street in a Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN). It offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, shared kitchen with living space.

Bills (utilities, WIFI, council tax and cleaner) are about £200 per person/month.

All applicants will be asked to provide proof of income/savings, references from employer and current landlord as well as good credit history.

Please note if you are from overseas or don’t have 12 months credit/renting history in the UK, you will need a UK-based rent guarantor. You will also need to provide proof of UK visa.

HOUSEMATES
We are two young female professionals in our 30s, an Australian and a New Zealander. We have busy lifestyles, are active and make the most of London. Together we enjoy a chat and an odd housemate drink/activity when we find the time.

We are looking for someone else who is a working professional (25+) who is clean, respectful of flatsharing norms, and who lives a similar lifestyle to us.

Ivana: 30, works from home full time, for a Pharma company. Loves to travel, go to live music and long walks around London.

Greer: 33, works as a speech and language therapist full time at a hospital. She enjoys playing netball, visiting museums and finding the best almond croissants in London.
