Large double room available in beautiful 3-bedroom Victorian flat with private garden on a quiet residential street.
Hi! We’re two housemates in our early/mid-30s looking for a third housemate to fill an empty room as our previous housemate has moved overseas for work. We are hoping to find someone friendly and easy going to join our house. The flat has a relaxed, welcoming homely vibe – we’re sociable and enjoy catching up over dinner in the evening but also respect each other’s space and busy schedules. We both travel a fair amount.

FLAT & ROOMS:
The flat is arranged over two floors. The raised ground floor has a beautiful and fully equipped open plan kitchen (including dishwasher (!), gas stove, oven, large modern fridge, washer/dryer...) and a big and cosy living room space.
DOUBLE BEDROOM: The bedroom is on the first floor, with a window looking out into our private garden. The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, wall-shelving and wardrobe (just outside the room).
GARDEN: We have a sunny private garden, which we love and use lots in the summer for barbecues or just to relax and enjoy with friends.
LOCATION: The flat is really well connected: An easy 8 minute walk from Angel Station (Northern line) and 15 minutes to Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria line & Overground). Upper Street is really close, full of lovely pubs, cafés and restaurants. You also have easy access to Regent's canal and all that east London has to offer!
BILLS: internet, water, council tax, and gas & electricity are not included in the rent and add up to around £150 per month per person. In addition, we have a fortnightly cleaner that helps us keep the house tidy and clean (£51 for each visit). The contract is organised directly with the Landlord, who is very responsive and great in ensuring that the flat is well maintained.
