Short-term Sublet in Angel – £770pcm (all bills included)
Dates: 1st November – 10th January (possible earlier move-in from 29th October)

I’m subletting my lovely double room in Angel while I’m away for work. I’ve lived here for 3 years and really love the space — it’s cosy, bright, and fully furnished (apart from the TV and small table which my flatmate is pinching while I’m away). I’ll clear my things, but leave other bits and pieces if you want them for homeyness.

You’ll be sharing with 4 great housemates (2 girls, 2 guys) in their 20s/early 30s. They’re sociable, friendly, and easy-going — you can go out together, or just do your own thing. No strict rules here, just a respectful, chilled atmosphere.

Looking for:
• Female tenant
• Trustworthy(might leave some bits in the room if that’s okay with you), tidy and respectful.

Rent: £770pcm, including all bills. You’ll just transfer directly to me each month and I’ll sort the bills with the house.

Location: Amazing spot in Angel, near Essex Road station and a short walk to Highbury & Islington and Angel stations.

Move out: 10th January.
