Short term king size room in high spec apartment

I have a spare room available on a short term basis in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in a private courtyard set back away from any streets or traffic.

The room has a king sized bed and built in triple wardrobes (which light up when you open the doors :) ).

The apartment is only a couple of years old, located beside the canal and equidistant between Old St and Angel. It's on the 2nd floor (with 2 lifts) and has access to a full suite of amenities (24 hour concierge, gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, cinema room, coworking lounges etc).

It's a bright, spacious, quiet and peaceful area, with easy access to separate co-working facilities, so it's perfect for remote working. Bills vary but likely to come out to around 200 per person for a month, but generally could offer some flexibility on rent and timing / timeframe.

I'm a male lawyer, late 30s, originally Persian (grew up in Warwickshire), travelling a lot and often working abroad, so thought this could be nice way to meet more interesting internationals / remote workers in London, or happy to offer a stop gap for someone moving to London and needing a comfortable base while searching for something more long term etc.

Would prefer someone who's mature, tidy, considerate and tries to keep quiet at night or early in the morning (so not a place for parties or late night tv shows), but also keen to socialise, easy going and not really a couch potato :)
