Two bathrooms, a rambling back garden, and dangerously close to good pubs (Earl of Essex, Tamil Crown, Plaquemine Lock), the canal, and Sadler’s Wells.

Five mins to Angel tube, twenty to the Barbican if your knees behave. You’ll be living with a charming mess of people: an Architect and a coder. All functional. Mostly.

Dates: 14th Feb (TBC, likely to be sooner).
Price: £1,950(for a brief flirtation with stability, bills included). £50 pp for bi-weekly cleaner.
Deposit: 5 weeks rent

The first floor has a large master bedroom (this ad). The bathroom is also situated on this level. On the top floor is another sizeable double bedroom and the master bedroom to the front.
