Large double room in Angel, Islington

We're a recently married couple and we've lived in this house for over 10 years. Our most recent housemate has moved out to move in with his fiancée, and therefore we’re looking for someone new to make use of our spare large double room.

- £1600 a month (payable at the start of each month)
- £1000 deposit

- fast fibre broadband with whole home WiFi
- gated communal courtyard
- picnic bench outside the house
- cleaner once a fortnight (this bill paid separately)
- essentially have own bathroom (may be used by the occasional guest staying in the single bedroom)
- 9 minute walk to Angel station northern line
- 14 minute walk to Highbury & Islington station
- abundance of pubs/ bars and restaurants on and around Upper street.

About us:

Greg (36) is a paramedic and works shifts both days/ nights and lates.

Tammy (33) works in the city and is in the office 3 days a week and the other two days works in the single bedroom.

We both like to cook, also like to get a takeaway, nights out in pubs and nights in chilling, festivals, hiking, travelling, holidays and having friends over.

- communal lounge and recently renovated kitchen
- additional single room for occasional guests

The room:

- large room on the first floor
- king bed with dreams mattress
- bedside tables
- large built in wardrobe
- chest of drawers
- space for a desk and a sofa if wanted your own private space.

We are looking for someone who is in the office at least 3 days a week. Someone who is easy to get along with but also has their own life.
