Bright room in large house in Angel

Hi! Our flatmate James is moving in with his girlfriend, so we have a spare room going in our lovely, spacious and well-kept house.

We like living in an equally split house so we’re specifically looking for another guy to take over his room and keep the gender balance in the house.

We live in a big, nicely done up house on a quiet street, right next to Angel station and all the brilliant pubs and restaurants in the area. We also have a sun garden out back which is great for dinner parties and occasional Summer drinks and barbecues. There’s a cleaner every week who takes care of the shared spaces, including the shared bathroom, but we’re all adults so like keeping the place tidy ourselves. All bills are included in the price.

We’re Alex (English, financial comms), Parisse (Australian, talent casting) and Isabela (Brazilian, branding). We’re all in our early 30s, have busy working lives and travel fairly often, so the house is sociable and friendly but also works well for people who value their own space.

We’re looking for a sociable, considerate guy in his late twenties / early thirties with a full time job who generally works from an office, is clean and respectful of shared spaces. We’d like a friend rather than just a co-inhabitant so would prefer someone looking for a long term home rather than a short term stay.
