Light and airy flat in Angel

The price reflects that I'm planning to relocate to Amsteram in February 2027. I will use the smaller bedroom for storage and to stay if I'm visiting London, but otherwise the whole flat will be yours.

The flat is in a quiet part of Angel and the room is also on the rear of the property facing onto a private car park/courtyard. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away, Angel Station a 15 minute walk away, and Essex Road has all necessary amenities.
The living space has a kitchen with dishwasher, TV, sofa bed, floor to ceiling sliding windows, and a dining table that fits up to 10 when extended.

The room is spacious, with a king size ottoman bed, built in wardrobe, additional single wardrobe, and an adjustable height desk. The en suite has a shower but there is a bath in the main bathroom. There is combined washer/dryer in a separate cupboard to reduce noise.

I'm a 30 year old lawyer, who will be staying in the flat for a couple of months before relocating, and then staying occasionally when visiting friends.

The property is in Council Tax Band E. 50% of the average bills last year were around £200. The friend who currently lives with me also pays 1/3 of the service charge (£833 last year).
