Room in 2-bed Flat in Angel

This is a two bedroom flat in angel with a large, high-ceilinged living area, open, modern kitchen, and well-renovated bathroom. The bedroom is spacious [and topologically interesting]. I'm leaving the flat, and looking for a replacement; my flatmate is a friendly young professional from Ireland. He's easygoing, tidy, and a pleasure to live with. The flat is quite centrally located -- a one minute walk to the canal and a pleasant park, and a five minute walk from central Angel. We are in council tax band B.
