Looking for 1 flatmate to join our 3 bedroom flat

Hey! We're Mathieu and Paloma, and we're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 3 bedroom flat in Angel.

About the room:

-Move-in date is 29/11/2026.
- Newly furnished room with good storage, well-lit with large windows. Adjoining balcony with canal view.
- Rent is £960 and is due on the 29th of each month.
- Utilities (water, electricity and wifi ~£100/month) and council tax are split between us.

About the flat:

-Spacious, cozy and well-lit living room. Large kitchen with good amount of storage space. Two storage rooms (under the staircase and at the end of the hallway). Separate toilet and bathroom.
-Beautiful location in Central London, right next to Regent's Canal. 5-10min walk away from Angel station.
-20 min walk away from King's Cross, Shoreditch, Haggerston and Farringdon.
-Building is a mid-century council estate with a retro feel.

About the neighbourhood:

-Very lively and young neighbourhood with lots of pubs, restaurants, small shops and boutiques. Really green area with lots of parks, flora, and the canal.

About us:

(We're renting privately. You'd be joining our existing lease.)
-We're two professionals:
-Mathieu is 29yo, from Canada and he works hybrid.
-Paloma is 20yo, from France and works freelance.

-We both speak English and French fluently.

-We're quite a social household, and like to spend time together and hang out. We would love to include you in our activities. We like to go to the pub, watch films, go to markets, etc. We also love banter and deep convos.
-We’re open minded, respectful, and accepting people.

About you:

-You help with maintaining the flat clean and tidy.
-You contribute to shared expenses and bills.
-You’re respectful and don’t cross set boundaries.
