Short Term Angel flat with garden & WFH space

I'm heading away for around 5 weeks from 1 November to 12 December, and looking for someone to sublet my room for ideally 4 weeks or more during that time. I'm flexible by about a week either side, and potentially open to extending the stay or making arrangements around belongings to suit the right person — possibly even through to early January.

The room & flat:

The room is a large, fully furnished double bedroom with loads of storage and plenty of natural light. The flat itself is spacious and well located, with loads of room to spread out. There's a large kitchen, a living/dining room, extra office / studio space ideal for working remotely, and a lovely garden that's great for a coffee or lunch even in the colder months.

**Who you'd be living with**

You'll be sharing with an Oxford grad in his mid-20s. We largely do our own thing, but enjoy a chat and a catch-up whenever we cross paths. He's got plenty of interesting tales to tell, is always up for a dinner together now and then, and might introduce you to some pretty niche corners of London! It's a relaxed, friendly and inclusive home, and we're looking for someone considerate, open-minded and happy to share a space with someone else.

**Location & transport**

The flat is really well connected:
- ~10 mins to Angel Station (Northern line)
- ~15 mins to Farringdon
- ~30 mins' walk into the City
- Easy access to central London via Lime and Santander bikes, plus frequent buses (4, 19, 38 and 341)

A great base for working remotely, exploring England, or making the most of London.

**Local area**

Exmouth Market is close by and fantastic for food, drinks and a wander, with large supermarkets and so many cute cafes and shops around Angel, Hackney, and Central. It's a super safe area and I've never had any issues getting back at night.
