2 Double Rooms in Angel Townhouse

Hello!

We’re looking for two lovely new housemates to join our 4-bedroom house with gorgeous garden in Angel, Islington, from Dec 1st! 🏡

The terrace townhouse is spread across 4 floors and has a large private garden. There is a lounge and adjoining kitchen with lots of natural light thanks to the large sash windows. We have one main shared bathroom with a bath and shower and an additional toilet downstairs.

The rooms available are:
* Room 1: £950 per month
* Room 2: £1,050 per month
* Bills: Approximately £110 per month per person

The rooms are unfurnished and you’re welcome to bring your own furniture or liaise with existing tenants who are willing to sell:
*Room 1: wardrobe, bed, mattress, chest of drawers
*Room 2: tbc

You’ll be sharing with two lovely housemates - Eve who works in Tech and Roisin who works in Marketing at a record label. We all have busy professional lives and like to keep the house as a peaceful space for relaxing. For this reason we'd ideally want housemates who do not work fully remotely. The house has a family feel - we often eat dinner and watch TV together. Whilst we do love quiet nights in, we also enjoy an evening at one of the many great local pubs.

We’re ideally looking for housemates aged around 28–35, who are at a similar stage of life and would enjoy making the house feel like a home rather than just somewhere to live! 💛
