Lovely Double Room for Short Let-Angel

**please, read below prior contacting and yes it’s short let for reasons and if I want it to be long let I will ad it like that but is not, thanks :)

Attractive and perfectly located, 4 story Islington town house is offering a large fully furnished double bedroom, private patio and en-suite bathroom for short term lets only.

The house is located in a quiet square, less than 10 minutes walk from Angel station and very close to all amenities, chapel market, sainsburys, tesco, cinemas, restaurant, bars etc and is only a 20 minute bus or 10min tube ride into the centre of London.

The house is spread over 4 floors and is fully owned by myself, so do expect it to be respected as such, although you can of course come and go as you please, cook, relax etc, but admit it isn't really a party style house.

The house has 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area and your room is complete with 1 large storage wardrobe, shelf unit and queen size bed. i can get you a table, if needed too. The rent you pay includes all bills including, water, electricity, wi-fi.

You will be sharing with myself and my cat.! So please note - you got to like or not be allergic to cats and dogs in fact : )

I’m ideally looking for a professional person in full-time employment age 26+ you have to be clean and tidy, I don’t clean fanatically, but I can’t bear dishes piling up or breadcrumbs everywhere!

if you are keen to check out the room.. please email me a bit about you, ie. age, work, interest, duration of stay etc would be nice and a good start ... one-liners like: 'hi, can i see the room?', will be ignored as it has no personality and slightly entitled, hope this makes sense and we on the same page.
