A generously sized double room is available in our lovely three-bedroom flat, ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Angel Underground Station, 15 minutes to King’s Cross, and moments from the vibrant bars and restaurants of Upper Street.

The room is large, bright, and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers and a small desk

You'll be sharing with two male professionals – one in marketing (me) and the other in finance. We’re sociable, clean, and easy-going. We enjoy a good balance of socialising – going out for drinks, gym and unwinding in the flat with a film or good conversation. We also fully respect each other’s privacy and downtime. We are LGBTQ+friendly

All bills included – electricity, water, council tax, broadband and cable TV.

Local Amenities:
Big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and M&S are all within a 5-minute walk. There’s also excellent transport connectivity – plenty of buses nearby, plus Angel and King’s Cross stations close by for quick access to the whole of London. For gym lovers, you’re spoilt for choice – PureGym, The Gym Group, Virgin Active, Third Space and easyGym are all within 10–15 minutes.
