Available from 1 November, with an earlier start potentially possible by agreement with my current housemate.

A bright, furnished double room in a comfortable two-bedroom flat, just a couple of minutes from Angel station. You’d be sharing with only me, the resident owner.

ABOUT THE FLAT

The flat is on the top floor, with only one other neighbouring flat on the floor. It’s quiet and private, with a south-facing living room, lovely views towards the City and West End, and a balcony for shared use.

The room is approximately 16m², with a comfortable double bed, a roomy wardrobe and plenty of natural light. There’s also a TV aerial connection.

You will, of course, have use of the shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is furnished with an understated mix of good-quality and mid-century furniture.

Upper Street’s shops, restaurants, cinemas, music venues and gyms are nearby. King’s Cross is within easy reach, as is the West End.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

The monthly payment includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, high-speed internet and weekly cleaning by my trusted cleaner. You’ll have access to your own dedicated Wi-Fi network.

ABOUT SHARING

I’m a professional gay man who enjoys seeing friends and relaxing at home. I’d prefer to share with another gay / LGBT-friendly guy looking for a comfortable, clean and settled home. I’m looking for someone considerate and independent who enjoys sharing while respecting each other’s space.

I’m predominantly office-based, usually working from home around one day a week. A similar routine would be a good fit, as the included household bills have been budgeted on that basis.
